More Information ...  Working closely with and reporting to Vitek Tracz, Marovitz will have responsibility for all aspects of the F1000 businesses. He brings a wealth of experience in technology and Internet business, with a career spanning computer technology, media, ecommerce, financial services and enterprise software. His most recent role was as founder and CEO of buzzumi, a start-up technology company delivering video conferencing-based sales and collaboration solutions for the pharma and health industry, which will be acquired by F1000. Prior to founding buzzumi, he served as managing director and a member of the board of the Global Transaction Bank of Deutsche Bank for five years.  He is a published author and noted conference speaker on business and Internet topics. F1000 comprises the largest group of leading experts in biology and medicine to provide scientists and clinicians with a broad range of services for the rapid discovery, assessment and publication of research.
