La Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera apuesta por el Acceso Abierto

From Google's English: "The Governing Council of the University CEU Cardenal Herrera has approved Institutional Open Access Policy...." 

The policy requires deposit in the institutional repository, and asks depositors to grant CEU non-exclusive rights to distribute the work. When CEU has permission, it distributes the work under a CC-BY-NC-ND license. The policy respects publisher requested embargoes, and applies to journal articles, theses and dissertation, monographs, "etc."
