Additionally this role will put in place, manage and monitor processes to ensure the  projects benefits from good communications, coordinated user requirements gathering, evidence of the value of services, sound contracts and service-level agreements, and coordinated customer support.

We are looking for someone who has a track record of successful project and/or service management, as well as knowledge of scholarly communication, open access and repositories.  You will also need to be able to demonstrate that you can work flexibility at a range of levels, from administrative to management and have the ability to work as part of a diverse and distributed team...."
