Aaron Swartz, 25, of Cambridge, a former fellow at Harvard’s Center for Ethics and an Internet censorship activist, was arraigned today in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn, charged with breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, larceny over $250, and unauthorized access to a computer network....“It’s a separate case from the same incident,” said Jessica Venezia Pastore, a spokeswoman for District Attorney Gerard Leone.
