Five year agreement for IOP and IUPAP for open access

"IOP Publishing and the International Union for Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) Commission on Computational Physics have today signed a five-year framework agreement for publishing open-access conference proceedings.
This is the first formal publishing agreement of its kind between IOP and IUPAP and will mean that the proceedings of the annual Conference on Computational Physics will be published as volumes within the open access Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS)...."
