The University of Twente in the Netherlands will soon adopt an OA policy. From Google's English: "UT-Ed Brinksma Rector shares the vision of his colleagues in Rotterdam [which adopted an OA mandate in September 2010]. He also sees the importance of open access while greatly increasing the power of big publishing houses slowly but surely being eroded. "Rotterdam shows that on the right track. We are in the college rector appointments made. The UT will not find it, because Open Access is our blessing. That means the university will soon expect the Executive Board policy, including a plan of action."
