MIT’s Open Access policy, one year later

"A year after MIT faculty adopted a policy to open access to their scholarly articles, many publishers of scholarly journals have confirmed support of their efforts, and more than 850 articles have been added to the MIT Open Access articles collection in the Libraries’ digital repository, DSpace@MIT, where they are freely available on the Web....[At least 16 publishers] are fully supporting the MIT Policy...."
