Inflibnet starts online journal service for submission

"The Inflibnet Centre, Ahmedabad, has launched an online facility wherein students can submit electronic versions of their theses and dissertations for public access as well as faculty to submit their [journal articles]....The new depository, called “Indian Electronic Theses and Dissertations”, is accessible on http://ietd.inflibnet.ac.in. The portal is currently open for voluntary submissions...but the centre plans to talk to institute heads to make it mandatory for their students...."
