OATP down on Monday

"Connotea will be down on Monday for maintenance and repairs. That means that the OA tracking project will also be down, since it depends on Connotea. The Connotea developers hope it will be back online later the same day. Despite the interruption, OATP users should welcome this development. It should fix the problems we've been experiencing since June."
