[Abstract] A case study of the Teesside University's approach to open access, drawing on an interview with a key OA stakeholder in the institution. Findings are organised into five broad themes: Costs, Structure and Workflows, Institutional Policy and Strategy, Awareness and Advocacy, Systems and Metadata.
