• Provide scientific services in research within the project "Professionalization of the Open Access Repository Infrastructure in Germany"
• Conduct, analyze, and prepare qualitative interviews
• Write scientific publications
• Design, organize, and conduct workshops, including preparation of results
• Project management, community building, and public relations
• Potentially engage in tasks for personal scientific qualification (PhD)

Requirements:

• Completed scientific university degree
• Profound knowledge of Open Access and Open Science
• Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., MaxQDA or similar software)
• Experience in organizing workshops
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English and German)
• Strong teamwork skills, including collaboration through digital tools
• In-depth knowledge of project management, public relations, and information management
• Extensive knowledge of information infrastructures in Germany and Europe
