contribute significantly to nonattainment or interfere with maintenance
of the 2008 8-hour ozone NAAQS in any other state. Therefore, EPA is
approving Georgia's August 15, 2018, SIP revision as meeting the
requirements of the good neighbor provision for the 2008 8-hour ozone
NAAQS.
DATES: This rule will be effective October 28, 2019.
