ACTION: Final rule. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: EPA is finalizing approval of revisions to the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District (ICAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This action was proposed in the Federal Register on April 27, 2012 and concerns oxides of nitrogen (NO x ) emissions from certain boilers, process heaters and steam generators. We are approving a local rule that regulates these emission sources under the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act). DATES: This rule will be effective on February 6, 2013.
