These revisions were proposed in the Federal Register on September 19, 2012 and concern lead emissions from large lead-acid battery recycling facilities. We are approving a local rule that regulates these emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act). DATES: This rule is effective on February 25, 2013.
