ROARMAP: Argentine Senate Adopts National Green OA Mandate

Argentina's National Senate has unanimously approved a law that requires the institutions of the National System of Science and Technology and National State that receive funding to create institutional digital repositories in which they are required to provide free and open access to the national scientific and technological research output.
