Joyce Otto reports that state senator Tim Kapucian will not attend this weekend's legislative forum, and that state representative David Maxwell will not be able to stay on after the event to exchange views with Poweshiek CARES members, as we had hoped.
However, Joyce encourages Poweshiek CARES members to attend to and share your issues with Representative Maxwell. The forum will be held on Saturday, April 6, from 9 to 10 a.m., at the Presbyterian Church (State Street and Fifth Avenue) in Grinnell.
