Reminding Representative Maxwell

Joyce Otto reports that our state Representative, David Maxwell, is seriously underestimating the number of messages he has received from his constituents on the issue of the proliferation of hog confinements. It would be a good idea to remind him of our concern -- frequently, and in large numbers.
