Building a Diverse Pipeline for Future Faculty

Participants at the annual summit of Undergraduate and Faculty Fellows Program for a Diverse Professoriate in August celebrated some successes in their work to diversify the pipeline to the professoriate for ACM undergraduates as well as new tenure-track faculty who recently completed graduate studies.
