Copyright Law by V. Hart

Summary:
The excellent Vi Hart finds herself frustrated by the fact that hundred-year-old music is still under copyright and thus unusable in her educational efforts. Her latest and longest video, "Twelve Tones", attempts to explore unconventional tonalities in music but she's unable actually to use any of the real music that would illustrate her points, such as Stravinsky and Schoenberg. My personal opinion is that her playing bits from those composers would completely fall under fair use, but I understand why she didn't want to risk it and her resulting effort is funny in its own right.
