Scarlet Sessions: My Best Friend

In this episode, My Best Friend (Maya Llewellyn `25, Ben Curran `25, Frannie Crego `25) performs three originals and a cover from a band that you might know. Their performance highlights their unique sound which embraces the diverse musical backgrounds and brings together all of their voices to create a sound that none of them could make on their own. All of the songs played in the Scarlet Session have also been performed live many times over the course of My Best Friend’s time at Grinnell; they are excited to memorialize their work and to allow Grinnellians, both past and present, to connect with the music they made in the heart of the prairie.
