Coalition for Health Funding Letter on Non-Defense Spending

On May 15, 2023, ARL joined more than 750 signatories in a letter by the Coalition for Health Funding, calling on Congressional leaders to support non-defense spending through the federal appropriations process. The letter lays out examples of non-defense appropriations, including scientific research, and support for college students.
