EDUCAUSE and ARL Letter to FCC on Net Neutrality

On December 14, ARL and EDUCAUSE responded to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on net neutrality. Our letter described how strong net neutrality rules will allow libraries and institutions of higher education to continue to serve our communities.
