Officially India says the planes just cost too much. Unofficially, no one wants to do business with a partner that breaks contracts due to outside (US/NATO) pressure.
We warned that India was getting nervous about France’s lack of honor, and sure enough, the Mistral debacle has come home to bite Hollande in the ass.
