The website for President Trump's 52-story Manhattan luxury hotel boasts the best rooms money can buy. But while Trump's showcase hotel checks every box in terms of luxury, it's a laggard in one area — how efficiently it uses energy. The 397,000-square-foot building on the southwestern corner of Central Park scored an 8 on a scale of 1 to 100, according to the city of New York's most recent energy benchmarking data.
