FINANCE: Toshiba nuclear write-off spooks Southeast power companies

Four electric companies in the Southeast said they are closely watching Toshiba Corp. after cost overruns are forcing it to write off billions of dollars in losses as they complete nuclear projects in Georgia and South Carolina.
