ARIZONA: State preempts local bans on natural gas hookups

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has signed legislation that would prevent cities and counties across the state from banning new natural gas hookups, despite opposition from environmental groups and leaders of the Grand Canyon State's biggest cities.
