POLITICS: Ohio bill to delay nuclear subsidies gains traction

An Ohio House committee charged with weighing the possible repeal of a scandal-tainted energy law approved a measure yesterday to delay payment of up to $150 million a year in subsidies to a pair of nuclear plants owned by a former FirstEnergy Corp. subsidiary.
