A county clerk in Kentucky has emerged from five days in jail for refusing to give marriage licenses to same-sex couples. That's made Kim Davis, at least momentarily, the nation's most famous opponent of gay marriage.

She may also get her moment as the nation's most prominent copyright scofflaw. At a post-release rally with Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, the Survivor song "Eye of the Tiger" was played—and it immediately produced a strong reaction from a band member.

"NO! We did not grant Kim Davis any rights to use 'My Tune -The Eye Of The Tiger,'" wrote Survivor frontman Frankie Sullivan on the band's Facebook page. "I would not grant her the rights to use Charmin! C'mom Mike, you are not The Donald but you can do better than that. See Ya really SoooooooonnnnnnN!!!!!!"
