Russia-born Tycoon Tries “Land Grab” of WME Clients In Legal Battle Over IMG Artists

Alexander Shustorovich, who has built up his stake in IMG Artists, won an arbitration ruling that may subject WME to a far-reaching noncompete on representing certain music categories. The Endeavor-owned agency denies the claim and intends to fight back.
