"A coalition of nearly 50 tech and special interest organizations including Amazon Web Services, the Consumer Technology Association, and the Electronic Frontier Foundation are calling on members of Congress to take “quick action” on the OPEN Government Data Act, a bicameral piece of legislation jointly introduced by Reps. Derek Kilmer (D-Wash.) and Blake Farenthold (R-Texas) in the House and Sens. Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) and Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) in the Senate."
