Summary:

"One day, after several years of hard work, Prof. Perspicacious had completed his Magnum Opus, a work that would change the fundamental understandings of his particular branch of science. Prof. Perspicacious wanted his book to be read by as many people as possible within his academic discipline (and perhaps outside of it as well), and did not want the terrible Paywall Dragons to block its dissemination. He had heard from a colleague about a dissemination avenue that he was not familiar with, called the ‘Open Access Way’."
