"We are currently looking for an experienced Journal Publisher for a global academic publishing company to provide maternity cover in a friendly and successful publishing team based in London. This role will involve working across the Materials Science portfolio, plus manage and develop the list and relationships with Society partners. This position will also manage two team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing c 35 journals in materials science and engineering
• Driving acquisitions and commissioning tenders and bids for both subscription and open access journals, and contributing to strategic planning for the list,
• Managing a team of two staff"
