"We are looking for an experienced Research Project Manager to provide administrative oversight for a large multi-national research consortium, IeDEA-Southern Africa (www.iedea-sa.org). You will work closely with a team of epidemiologists, clinicians, PhD students, data scientists and statisticians based at the ISPM, with our project partners at the University of Cape Town, as well as collaborating cohorts in South Africa, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Duties and responsibilities

• Serve as the administrative project leader responsible for project planning, timelines, contracting, budgets, reporting, and compliance issues
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the project, acting as the primary administrative contact for US NIH grants management, university grants office, and project collaborators
• Coordinate submission of annual progress reports and supplemental funding applications; support project audits and financial reports in cooperation with the financial team
• Ensure compliance with all funding agency policies and regulations (e.g. ethical committees, open access publications, risk management plans)"
