"Responsibilities

Coordinate and optimize technical workflow for repository submission review and processing, including providing training for and scheduling work performed by graduate assistants and work study students

Assist web developers in creating applications to enhance repository functionality and automate harvesting of FSU scholarship from internal and external systems

Respond to repository-related comments, complaints, and requests from library staff and the campus community

Provide training sessions and information on submission process for library staff and content creators (faculty, staff, and students)

Manage content-recruitment partnerships and pilot projects with academic departments and units

Coordinate digital outreach to faculty to provide information about (and promote compliance with) FSU’s new Open Access Policy

Gather user experience feedback through UX testing sessions and satisfaction surveys

Develop a comprehensive IR assessment plan, evaluating deposit, download, and other usage statistics to produce annual impact reports

Monitor trends in the delivery of IR services in higher education, including emerging issues, risks, opportunities, and resources"
