Director, Open Research Group job with MORGAN HEALEY | Guardian Jobs

"Our client, one of the world’s leading global research, educational and professional publishers requires a Director for their Open Research Group, based in Shanghai or Beijing. 

This role is accountable to the groups Global Managing Director and the Managing Director of Greater China. You will set strategy, develop business plans, build capabilities, and deliver financial and business results for the Open Research businesses in Greater China region.

This role is open to local and international candidates.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Along with global stakeholders, develop and implement growth strategy in Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau)
• Aligning with global strategy, devise regional strategy and develop growth roadmap for Open Research business in Greater China.
• Positioning the Open Research with the most effective brand strategy to optimize quality of contents published and maximise APC revenue.  
• Identify key growth levers as well as risk areas in APC revenue for proactive management/mitigation."
