"The Science Partner Journals will use Hindawi’s systems, processes, and staff for the management of accepted manuscripts during the production phase. A new journal platform will also be created to host the published articles. All articles published in the journal will be fully open access, using a Creative Commons attribution license (CC-BY 4.0)."
