"Purchase College Library seeks a creative and forward thinking Digital Services Librarian to:

License, acquire, maintain, and evaluate electronic resources including databases, eBooks, eJournals, and OERs. Serve as primary sales and technical contact for vendors  Collaborate with the Teaching, Learning, and Technology Center (TLTC) to facilitate adoption of Open Educational Resources  Maintain Library Knowledge Base, Discovery System, Link Resolver, EZProxy and related applications  Continuously monitor trends and best practices in e-resources and OER management, discoverability, and use. Assist with library assessment initiatives through the provision of usage statistics and reports related to e-resources Coordinate and contribute to the development of the Library website using the College#26;s CMS and LibGuides Participate in reference desk coverage and the library instruction program Serve as a Board of Study liaison and participate in collection development as appropriate to subject background  Serve on Library and Campus committees Participate actively in regional and national professional organizations consistent with job responsibilities  Work occasional weekend and evening hours as required"
