The Research of the Cognition and Attitude of Researchers to Intellectual Property in the Open Access Environment--《Library and Information Service》2016年16期

"[Purpose / significance]Knowing of the cognition and attitude of Chinese researchers to intellectual property in the open access environment,and giving suggestions for solving intellectual property problems,and promoting researchers to participate in OA. [Method / process]Using semi- structured interviews and choosing 13 researchers for interview in Beijing,we can know the cognition and attitude of them to intellectual property in the open access environment,this paper concludes the barrier of intellectual property participating in the process and gives suggestions. [Result / conclusion] From the research,this paper finds the intrinsic possibility of researchers involved in the Open Access is big,but the barrier of intellectual property participating in the process is more prominent. The researchers look forward to the intellectual property system. Based on this,this paper gives four suggestions: completing the publicity of intellectual property rights and intellectual property services in the OA environment; optimizing the content of the agreement text between researchers and academic journals; perfecting the national macro policy; perfecting the copyright policy of OA journals and OA repositories."
