Summary:

"I am going to present a few questions I seek an answer for through my podcast.

Why the branding of journals exist? What are the ways to come out of this trend What is the drawback of this trend in academia and knowledge producing organizations? I asked this questions to my guests in my podcasting session and the answer is the most important thing need to change is how funding is given to the projects. By the time, most papers are submitted and get accepted by a journal is on average 1-2 years! Open science and pre-printing can reduce this time and the articles available to public as soon as a new finding take place!

Is it possible to make science more available to the public by introducing various methods of presentation?  It is very important to have a arts and science collaboration and community connection, as elaborated by Denisse in my podcasting session."
