• Expertise in data analytics
• Proficient in using data to identify trends and associations within data to empower decision makers
• Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
• Expertise in applying data analytics to different file formats and ability to convert and link data using various tools
• Experience setting up data analytics frameworks, identifying data sources, instrumentation of systems to collect data to inform decision making
• Experience in sentiment, textual analysis
• Maintain a full and up to date Enterprise Data Inventory and Public Data Listing
• Assess and recommend tools, methods, and formats to analyze & present data
• Experience developing financial models that evaluate the cost/benefit of program actions
• Participate in review and status meetings
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals
