"The development of technology in education is marked by the emergence of an increasingly varied learning media to adjust the diverse abilities of children. The problems inherent in digital learning, or electronic learning is still the difficulty of learning accessible to all students. The use of Open Educational Resources (OER) in internet technology and communication can build the education of the 21st century in line with the progress of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the era of globalization. The use of OER in the learning process will help transform the education system towards a developed country. In the implementation, supervision of activities directed at the promotion and development aspects related to develop better performance in the learning process. To examine the use of OER learning in the 21st century should be carried out supervision of educational programs, objectives and indicators as stated in the conclusion."
