Bridging the Gap between Computer Science and Legal Approaches to Privacy

Recent data breaches have shown that data privacy is an increasing concern. A new article from Berkman Klein Executive Director Urs Gasser, Fellow Alex Wood, and Senior Researcher David O’Brien, among others, proposes a methodology for thinking about privacy through models from both computer science models and the law. The article was published in the Spring 2018 Edition of Harvard Journal of Law & Technology.
