"Open Access Week is an international week of action that takes place all over the world in late October. This year it will be held from October 23 – 29, 2017. SPARC (the Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition) announced that the theme for 2017 will be “Open in Order to”. This year’s theme is an invitation to answer the question of what concrete benefits can be realized by making scholarly outputs openly available."
