OPERAS survey on Open Access: Funders

"OPERAS (Open Access in the European Research Area through Scholarly Communication) is a consortium of 34 partners from 11 European countries coordinating to promote and support open scholarly communication, particularly in the field of the humanities and social sciences. Its aim is to set up a research infrastructure at the European level and offer Open Science services that are useful for the academic community and global society.
