"In recent years, scientific publishers have sought to meet the needs of researchers by offering new services for access to scientific articles: either the opening of archives after a reasonable embargo period, or in the form of immediate access to articles in return for payment by the author's institution.These are experiments whose effects on the economic models of scientific journals and publications still need to be tested, a serious examination of the risks incurred for the sustainability of the journals and of a dialogue with the research organizations."
