"The name of a system critic from an authoritarian state or the residence of an informant from the far-right milieu: These are just two cases in which the protection of personal data in scientific contexts requires the highest priority. The Department of Research Data Management of the Philipps University developed the project TRUST (Training for dealing with sensitive research data), in which students of different disciplines will independently develop concepts for the protection of sensitive research data in the coming winter semester. The project is one of the projects awarded a prize of 20,000 euros in the "Science in Digital Change" ideas competition organized by Forschungszentrum Jülich as part of a project by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research."
