cOAlition S publishes guidelines of Plan S

cOAlition S published earlier this week their guidelines on the implementation of Plan S recognising that "research funders, institutions, researchers, learned societies, librarians and publishers must work together towards a system of scholarly communication that is accessible, efficient, fair and transparent".
