"Negotiators from the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission agreed on a deal around copyright reform. It remains, therefore, in the particularly controversial Article 13 of the proposed directive in the compromise from the Committee of Ministers, the Germany and France last week had identified. Opponents had previously criticized him as an "extreme version", as virtually only very few online platforms would pass the use of the dreaded upload filters."
