Kirstine's bookmarks 2019-06-29

Summary:

Frédérique Vidal’s announcement of a National Open Science Plan on the 4th of July, 2008 opened a new chapter in the way in which the opening of research, of its processes, of its results and of its tools would be conducted in France. 2 The National Plan is organized in three parts. The first is devoted to the generalisation of open access to scientific publications, the second to the structuring and opening up of research data and the third to the development of a sustainable European and international dynamic.
