"The partners of cOAlition S, a European initiative for open access to scientific publications of which the National Research Agency (ANR) is a member, publish a new version of Plan S and its application guide. This follows the analysis of the responses received at the public consultation launched at the end of November 2018. These changes aim to optimize the implementation of the Plan S principles, to accelerate the transition to full and immediate access to scientific publications."
